"Melting pot" is a term used to refer to groups of people from different places and culture living in a single area wherein their cultures and traditions merge together and create their own culture and tradition.
United States is a melting pot of culture. From the Native Americans, to the Europeans who settled there and other nationalities who eventually migrated to the United States.
