What statements reflects the federalist a view on abuses of powers?

    A bill of rights can address abuses of power. The founding fathers included this in the drafting of the Constitution to ensure that there would no abuse of power and that people’s rights will be protected under the law. The colonists wanted this included after what they experienced from English rule.
