Witold Pilecki was a man who did many things. For one, he convinced the Allies during the Second World War that the Holocaust existed, by recounting the atrocities he saw in the Auschwitz concentration camp and he was also in the Polish resistance during the time Poland was occupied by Germany. He was equally a founder of the Polish Secret Army during the Second Polish Republic and was a renown Polish soldier.
