Cite the relation between the US Constitution and The Federalist Papers.

A) The Federalist Papers, written by James Jay, were the first Bill of Rights preceding the Consitition.

B) The Consitution was written in repsonse to the Federalist Papers.

    The answer is D. Hamilton wrote the majority of the Federalist papers to keep the Constitution. (BTW James Jay isn't a person, its the combination of John Jay and James Madison)
