Yes, our species, in general, have free will, because we all have the ability to decide for ourselves.
But what about Slaves or Laws?
Yes even though we have laws, it doesn't mean we don't have free will because again it is us who decide if we follow them or not. As for Slaves they still have to decide for themselves they can choose to either obey their master or not it's that simple
