In the late 1800s, the federal government attempted to place all Plains Indians on reservations, most of which were located in which state?

I believe that many reservations in the US were located in Oklahoma. In the late 1800's the US First Nations were forcibly removed from their ancestral land and sent to a growing number of reservations so that their territory was severely restricted compared to what it was before when they were free to roam.
