    When a person is accused of a crime they have certain rights given to them by the United States Constitution. Their first right is that, there is enough factual evidence to bring the case to trial. People accused of a crime may not be tried more than once for said crime. They can refuse to answer questions that will make them incriminate themselves and they have the right they an attorney if they cannot afford one
