What are some ways that Diocletian and Constantine tried to strengthen the Roman Empire.

Diocletian shared his rule in a tetrarchy, making the the the governing over the empire easier and stable. Constantine was the first Christian emperor, making the religion the official religion, thus it spread. He moved the Capital to Byzantium, which will later be called Constantinople in his honor. With a lot of reforms made, these emperors made the empire strong.
