At what meeting was the new constitution written?

It was a meeting that was supposed to be on May 14th but opened on May 25th, 1787 called the Constitutional Convention to discuss revisions to the Articles of Confederation, except they completely removed the articles and wrote a new constitution from scratch during that meeting.
