    Ok so the 18th enacted prohibition and the 21st amendment repealed prohibition

    The red scare of 1919 was caused by a fear of immigrants after WWI.

    Sacco-Vanzetti were two Italian immigrants accused of murder and robbery. They were not given a fair trial because they were immigrants and sentenced to death. Most supported the court's decision but some intellectuals began to support Sacco and Vanzetti.

    The Scopes case showed a new support of fundamentalism which would be sticking more to the bible word for word. Scopes was tried for teaching evolution in a school which went against the bible beliefs
