    Good Morning!

The countries of Latin America come from an exploiting tradition. Politics in these countries has always developed in an authoritarian and top-down manner, which guaranteed, from an early age in the colonial period, through the processes of independence, the silence of the population and the voice of the aristocratic elite. Thus, although they live in democratic regimes, countries like Venezuela, for example, suffer from centralizing and regulatory governments.

    Hugs!
