Who do the authors of the petition consider to be the greatest enemies of their liberty?

    They consider Bureaucracy as the greatest enemies of liberty.

    The more bureaucracy exist, the more power will fall to the hand of the central government. These power basically limit the movement of normal civilians and the Government had every capabilities to restrict us through military power or law and regulations.
