That would be Charles De Gaulle
He is very famous for his dedication toward french. He joined the french army in 1909 and rise to the rank of Marshall at the end of world war I, after his heroic act that saved France at the battle of Verdun. And for his accomplishment, the France military chose him as the military leader in world war 2
