What was the effect of the Reapportionment Act of 1929 on the House of Representatives?

    Reapportionment Act of 1929 on the House Representatives limited the number of seats in the House to 435. It actually just adjusted the amount of sits, but the passed bill did not restated the requirements of the previous acts.
