Germany's success throughout all times was because of the fact that no one even tried to stop him when Germany was just a weak, puny little country. This allowed for Nazi Germany to get more powerful and for other countries to not be able to stop him as easily later on.

The main factors were related to speed at which Germany attacked everyone at once. The idea of Blitzkrieg, the lightning war. It was based around the idea that you should attack swiftly and prevent any reinforcements or anything similar form happening by quickly pushing with tanks and air support through the enemy country. That's why Germany was able to take large amounts of land in a short period of time, but then they started struggling.
