Why did Christianity took over in early Rome?

    Because Emperor Constantine the 1st became a Christian and built a new capital the Christian city of Constsantinople (Istanbul). During has reign Christianity was legalized and the first Bible made and Emperor Theodosius made Christianity the State Religion.
