How did the Columbia Exchange affect the America and Europe

    The Columbian Exchange was the process in which some species which only existed in the Old World or only in the New World were brought to the other part of the world.

    This means that for example corn, Cocoa and potatoes, native to Americas were obtainable in Europe and that rice, bananas onions and cofee were existent in America, which was not the case before the Columbian Exchange.
