Why did george h. w. bush choose not to intervene in yugoslavia's civil war?

    Former president George h. w. bush choose not to intervene in Yugoslavia's civil war for the main reason that the United States has not find its national interest as far as the civil war is concerned. It was only the time that the United States deployed troops on the region when a genocide is already taking place.
