The constitution required approval from 9 of the 13 states. How approval process differ from the Continental Congress?

    The Continental Congress is a representation of delegates that come from the thirteen colonies. This was also known as the Philadelphia Congress. The organized colonies paved the way for the American Revolution.

    They hold the reinforcement of the law, however, it says that they should at all times show their obedience to the King. There is no legal authority hold in America except the King.
