    So

    Amount of rent Natalie gets from 3 houses per month = (3 * 1490) dollars

    = 4470 dollars

    Amount of money Natalie gets from 3 house per year = (12 * 4470) dollars

    = 53640 dollars

    Amount of money Natalie

    pays for maintenance per house per year = $5850

    Then

    Amount of money Natalie

    pays for maintenance of 3 houses per year = (3 * 5850) dollars

    = 17550 dollars

    Then
