It always important to be active. It makes your body feel better, and it just gives you an overall much more positive demeanor. For me, being positive draws me closer to get to my goal, especially when it comes to my fitness routine. It's always awesome to have a set fitness goal, and then having a positive attitude while trying to reach it! Having a positive attitude puts much less stress on your emotional, and physical state!
