    I think it is B because the new right had nothing to do with women, just Europeans as a whole so that can be eliminated. The Ohio women's suffrage association, I would personally take out also. yeah its about women's suffrage however, its for Ohio individually. This question is asking about all over (but I may be incorrect. And it's a given that A is totally incorrect.
