How does the Federal Government serve the purposes set forth in the Preamble to the Constitution?

The preamble of the constitution states goals set forth and serves the purposes of forming perfect Union, establishing justice, insuring domestic tranquility, promoting general welfare, providing common defense, and securing the blessing of liberty and to prosperity. The Preamble of constitution provides the reasons made by the framers of constitution from the federal government to the public.
