    I am not sure of the excerpt? 1920's was the roaring 20's with music that used dances like the swing, and the Charleston.

    Teen rebellion did not take place until the 1950's. This was youth age was great with rock and roll music. Sock hops. Their escapism were cars. Kids can go on unsupervised dates.
