How does the supremacy clause impact disputes among states or between states and the national government

    The Supremacy Clause was an assurance done by the framers that the goals of the Constitution under the federal law would be promulgated in all states. It gives outmost priority and basis for decision making, where State laws should abide as long as the federal law follows the constitution this would rule over the state law.
