The four government of the French Revolution where the national assembly, the legislative assembly, the first republic and last but not least the directory. The national assembly - Was the first government of the French revolution it was created in 1789-1791. It was created by the third estate because they were mad about the unfair tax laws. Due to them being the only estate that had to pay taxes when they where already poor. They were the start of the French Revolution and took the first punch at overthrowing King Louis. The members of the National assembly where known as deputes or delegates.
