Why does napoleon change the name of animal farm to the manor farm?

Napoleon changed the name animal farm to manor farm because the animals vowed never to become like humans and also to treat everyone equally. It also shows that the pigs became exactly like the humans they used to hate so much which symbolized the fact that it goes back on everything they worked so hard to achieve.
