What is the difference between exclusive and concurrent powers

    Concurrent powers: Those powers in the Constitution that may be exercised concurrently (at the same time) by both the Commonwealth and a state or states. Exclusive powers: Those powers in the Constitution that belong to the Commonwealth exclusively or solely.
