    This was part of Capitalism. In capitalism, the main focus is to favor some of the biggest landlords and businessman and the interest of lower class people and minority is often overlooked. In great britain also, due to the capitalist approach, some of the few big landlords were getting more agricultural profit and small farmers were forced out to move to some large cities.
