How did southern justify secession.

A they had elected their own president to lean them.

B they believed Abraham Lincoln would unite the country.

    The answer would be C. This is because people, in those days, wanted to be able to use their right to the fullest. So, they just demanded, by the use of their rights, and they gov. just had to let it be.
