The correct options are C and D.

The industrial age referred to the time period in history which encompassed the changes in economic and social structure which began around 1760 in Britain and which spread to the other countries of the world. The major feature of this age is that machines were developed to do works which were formerly done by men. This brought about the industrial revolution and many people move out of the rural areas into the town where companies which use these machines are located, this led to overcrowding in the cities. The working conditions in these companies are always very poor as there were no provision whatsoever for the workers' health protection.
