Who were the people left out of the postwar boom? why were they excluded?

    During the postwar boom, farmers had difficult times especially or their family farms facing competition from big business farms which worsened after the war despite the economic boom. Between 1919 and 1928 farmers income dropped from $22 Billion to $13 Billion. They could not export their products and had over farmed their lands.
