The Constitution of a country defines government power and establishes the basic structure of the government. Some have a Presidential form of government e. g. The US. Some have a Parliamentary form with a Prime Minister as head of government as in The United Kingdom. Some have a mixed form with both President and Prime Minister sharing power like in France.
