Dynasty that ended the period of political chaos after fall of qin-han?

That will be the Sui Dynasty which lasted for only about 50 years and eventually succeed by the Tang. After almost 300 years since the fall of the Han Dynasty, the Sui Dynasty established peace and prosperity after centuries of political chaos and war. However, that peace eventually fall in half a century later. There are other dynasties or "states" that ruled and controled part of China after the collapse of the Han Dynasty and before the establishment of the Sui Dynasty, but they don't really ended political chaos and always try to wage war on each other.
