How were some of the cycladic figurines placed in/near the graves?

    Cycladic figurines were sculptured in cemeteries and on the walls of tombs from large marbles with coarse grains or abrasives such as emery. When placed on the graves, the Cycladic figurines were meant to serve as representations of or guardians to the deceased.
