The American revolution was all about the Americans wanting to be free from Great Britian, and the french Revolution was all about the french wanting a new government and a new leader. the differnece is that the American Revolution the Americans worked together as one nation will the french killed other french people (the guillotine) oh. and once The Americans won the Revolution they keep there government. The french killed a couple of there "leaders" they would chose. in tell Napoleon took control but that's another story.
