What we're two key reasons the equal rights amendment may not have been raitified

1. the ideas of seperate but equal, african americans may now get a water fountains with the whites but they will be in much worse condition

2. even now a days with things such as racial profiling where people are judged by the color of their skin rather than the content of their character despite the "racial equality" we should have acheived by now
