Why was Zyklon B used instead of carbon monoxide?

It allowed for a smaller gas chamber.

It was less expensive. It worked faster.

It allowed for a larger gas chamber.

It was safer for the Nazis running the chamber.

    Well Zyklon B was used because it was not as expensive than anything else and also it was faster at killing a few thousand people in one room.
