How might manifest destiny later affect the relations of the united states with native americans

It made the relations terrible. That is because the more the colonies spread to the west, the more they kicked the natives out of their land and forced them to go into reservations. Those that wouldn't leave would get attacked while those that would would often die on the journey to the reservations.
