    The answer is A. Few Windows and poor ventilation. Tenements are packed apartment building that are in terrible condition. A family of four to five will live in a single bedroom. Crowded and unregulated place. Usually your excretes (poop and pee) will be dumped to the street from the building. Water was cold. Garbage was everywhere. Usually poor immigrants and factory workers will live there. Diseases are easily spread throughout the city
