The vagabond was seen traveling down the road once again, a man without a home he simply walked the roads from place to place.
A vagabond is usually used to describe individuals who do not have a home and are nomadic in their lifestyle traveling from place to place regularly. It also has negative connotations to describe an individual living a "care free" lifestyle.

I saw the vagabond walking on the side of the road, but he wasn't going to any place in particular.
