    Hitler violated the Versailles Treaty in 1936 when h e commanded his troops to enter into Rhineland which was a demilitarized zone. Under the Versailles Treaty, Rhineland was an excluded zone and Hitler’s invasion constituted a flagrant violation of the pact.
