    The answer is C. They thought Prohibition was evil and immoral.

    Due to the prohibtion that banned the sale of alcohol in early 1900s, many people strated to use drugs as their replacement.

    This led to a major hysteria about the increasing amount of addicts that significantly worse than those who consume alcohol because they now turning into addictive drugs. Anti prohibition people see this as immoral
