Woman's suffrage, along with the suffrage of any group means the right and ability of the group to vote. Making women's suffrage possible took a while and was finally done through the 19th amendment.

Get some facts first - here in australia univrsal male suffrage came into plac ein 1896 - universal female suffrage came in in 1900 - a difference of four years. New Zealand had universal suffrage even earlier.
In Britain, the activities of the suffragettes actually delayed the suffrage of women, since they were so blatantly terrorist that no civilised government would ever give in to them.
So - before you start accepting everything you're handed as a 'given' - get some facts first. It appalls me that any teching system would dictate in advance the parameters of a discussion - so as to exclude fact and reality and suit an agenda.
If I want that sort of rubbish, I need only go into a court and watch the antics that go on.
