Federal laws and agency are the laws for setting up standards for HTS in Texas.
Explanation:
HTS stands for harmonized system or harmonized traffic schedule. It has been developed by the world customs organisation which is commonly known as WCO.
It became active and effective on January 1, 1989. The previous traffic schedules of the United States of America which were known as TSUS was replaced by this.
