While at a filled to capacity football game, a number of students decided it would be funny to

im and then shout at the spectators in front that one of their friends was about to vomit all over the place.

1. Would this speech be constitutionally protected? Why, why not?

    They are not technically committing a crime.

    Its not as serious as yelling fire in a crowded theatre.

    No lives were put at risk, its just a small joke.
