Is it in the law that if you break someone's glasses you can get jail time or a fine?

    that is not a specific law, no. but damage or destruction of another persons property without their consent is vandalism and is punishable by jail time, fine, ect. this specific act of vandalism can also be interpreted as battery, which is possibly a felony.
