    The correct answer to this open question is the following.

    If we read Article I of the United States Constitution, it refers to the Congress or the legislative branch that is comprised of two chambers: the lower chamber or House of Representatives and the upper chamber of the Senate. In my state, we have basically the same structure. We are similar and we vote for our representatives and governor during the election.

    U. S Constitution in Article I describes the legislative branch of US Government; this branch is the House of Representatives and the Senate together is the Congress. They are elected by its Citizens.

    In my legislation is the same, only that is Article 49 of the Mexican constitution separating the one of three branches.
