i bought a subscription on another account, i used the wrong email and i forgot the password so now i cant into the account, is there a way i can change the password from this email?

    How long ago did you last successfully sign in to this account using the password?

    Do you correctly remember any of the recent passwords for the account?

    For the recovery process, are you using a device that was previously logged in to this account?

    For the recovery process, are you in the same physical location/IP address that was previously logged in to this account?

    you might try "forgot password" they'll send you an email that can change the password. Unless you don't know the password to the email if that is what you are saying. You might have to talk yo their customer service?
