How many different angles would be formed by a transerval intersecting three parallel lines? How many different angles measures would there be?.

    Well a transversal intersects the parallel lines. any intersection has 4 angles and with 3 intersections that means 4 for each so

    4 + 4 + 4 or 4 * 3

    12 intersections

    the angles an intersection creates has 2 pair of opposite angles. since opposite angles are equal then each pair shares the same degree measure. So each intersection has 2 different angles measures. in parallel lines when a line intersects both lines, the angles have equal measurements. this means that they share the 2 angle measurements. So there are only 2 different measurements
